General Terms of Sale

Loopsy offers enterprise-grade fiber optic products including patch cords, MTP assemblies, fanout cables, and related accessories. Detailed product specifications are provided on each product page. While we strive for accuracy in all product descriptions and images, minor deviations may occur.

All prices are displayed in EUR and are exclusive of shipping costs and applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated. VAT is applied in accordance with applicable EU and Dutch tax regulations.

For business customers within the EU holding a valid VAT number, the reverse-charge mechanism may apply for intra-community transactions.

Payment must be completed at the time of order via one of the payment methods offered at checkout. Orders paid by bank transfer are processed upon receipt of funds.

• Product selection — Add products to your shopping cart.
• Checkout — Enter your billing and shipping details and select a payment method.
• Order review — Review your order summary including product details, quantities, prices, shipping costs, and total amount.
• Order confirmation — Upon completing payment, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This email constitutes confirmation of the contract between you and Optora B.V.

Loopsy reserves the right to decline or cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. Any payment received will be refunded in full.

Products are shipped via our logistics partners (FedEx, DHL, UPS via Eurosender). Estimated delivery times:

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, contact us at info@loopsy.com with your order number before the withdrawal period expires. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

All products are covered by the statutory warranty under EU consumer law. If a product is found to be defective or not in conformity with the contract, you are entitled to repair, replacement, or a refund, as applicable. For details, see our Warranty & Return Policy.

Optora B.V. is liable in accordance with applicable Dutch and EU law. We are not liable for damages arising from misuse, improper installation, or modification of products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product(s), except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Loopsy shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, transportation disruptions, or supplier delays.

We are committed to resolving any complaints promptly and fairly. If you have a complaint, please contact us at info@loopsy.com. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may refer the dispute to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

These General Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
