Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, notify us of your decision to return the product by contacting us at info@loopsy.com before the 14-day period expires. After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at info@loopsy.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for return approval and instructions from our team.
- Ship the product to the return address provided within 14 days of receiving approval.
Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- All accessories, documentation, and components must be included.
- The return must be initiated within the 14-day withdrawal period.
Products that have been installed, modified, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable, unless the return is a result of our error or a defective product.
Wrong or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, or if the product is defective upon arrival:
- Notify us at info@loopsy.com within 14 days of delivery, including a photo of the incorrect or defective product along with your invoice or order number.
- We will arrange for the return of the wrong product at no cost to you.
- Once received and inspected, we will send the correct product or issue a full refund. Replacements are typically dispatched within 10 business days.
Warranty
All Loopsy products are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects. If you experience a defect under normal use conditions, please contact us with a description of the issue and relevant photos.
We will assess the claim and, where applicable, offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable EU consumer warranty laws.
Exclusions
The following are not covered under our return or warranty policy:
- Damage caused by improper use, installation, or handling.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Products that have been modified or altered.
- Custom-made or made-to-order products (unless defective).
