Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept payments via the methods displayed at checkout, which may include credit card, debit card, iDEAL, bank transfer, and other methods facilitated through our payment processor.

All transactions are processed securely by our third-party payment provider. Loopsy does not store your payment card details. For orders paid by bank transfer, processing begins upon receipt of funds.

Returns and refunds are subject to our Warranty & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In accordance with EU regulations, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.

However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are completely accurate, error-free, or current.
