Shipping & Delivery Policy

General Information

All orders placed through loopsy.co are processed and shipped as described below. Prices displayed on our website are in EUR and do not include shipping costs unless stated otherwise. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed before 14:00 CET on business days are prioritized for same-day processing, subject to stock availability.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Within Europe

Orders are shipped via our logistics partners, including FedEx, DHL, and UPS (coordinated through Eurosender).

Germany, France, UK 3–7 business days
Rest of Europe 5–10 business days

These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on carrier workload, customs clearance, and local conditions.

International Shipping

For orders shipped outside the European Union, delivery times range from 5 to 14 business days depending on the destination country. International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Delivery times for custom-manufactured products or items not currently in stock may vary based on production schedules. For accurate lead times on custom orders, please contact us at info@loopsy.com or use the "Request a Quote" form on the relevant product page.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly during checkout. Loopsy cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.

You may specify different billing and delivery addresses during checkout. In this case, the invoice will be sent to the billing address, and the product will be shipped to the delivery address.

Delivery & Inspection

Upon delivery, please inspect your package for any visible damage or missing items. If you notice any issues, please document them with the delivery driver and contact us immediately at info@loopsy.com. Products accepted without notation are considered delivered in good condition.

Tracking Your Order

All shipments include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us.
